FAQs

Absolutely— you’re welcome to come see our wonderful space! We love showing guests around. We do ask that you schedule your visit in advance.

Because our current guests always come first, we arrange tours during times that are least disruptive to their routine. This helps us maintain the calm, comfortable environment we are so proud of.

We look forward to meeting you and showing you what makes our place special!

Of course! We are happy to tailor their experience and make sure they get the type of attention and playtime they enjoy most.

Before we can welcome your pet, they’ll need to complete a three hour assessment at Fur Seasons without their parents present. During this time, our team will evaluate how they interact with both staff and other guests. This assessment is complimentary and helps us ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Yes! We proudly welcome senior pets and those with special needs. Our team is experienced in providing individualized care, and we look forward to discussing your pet’s unique requirements to ensure they receive the best possible support during their stay.

Fur Seasons provides everything your pet needs to stay safe and comfortable, but you’re welcome to send a few personal items to help them feel at home. Here’s what you can and should pack:

Optional Comfort Items

  • A favorite bed, blanket, toy, or bedtime buddy
Note: These items are allowed only in your pet’s room—not in play areas.

Required Items

  • Enough food for the entire stay

    • Please pre-portion meals into labeled bags or containers

    • Labels should include date and meal time

    • If your pet runs out of food, staff will purchase more and bill your account

Optional Feeding Supplies

  • Your pet’s food and water bowls (kept in their room)

    • If you don’t bring bowls, disposable ones will be provided

Facility Details

Prior to a reservation, we must have your furry family member meet with one of our Pet Care Specialists to determine if he/she will benefit from a group play experience. This is not a pass/fail assessment. If it is determined our play care groups are not a good fit for your pet, our Pet Care Specialist will partner with you to determine an alternative plan.

Every guest receives personalized, turndown service, including a bed-time snack

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking a boarding reservation. Boarding cancellation fee is $50 for reservations canceled less than 72 hours in advance.

Hotel stays are based on a 24 hour time frame. If your pet checks in at 8:00am, their check out time will be 8:00am on their departure date. Any time past the 24 hour time frame will be charged at our day care rate rather than an additional night.

If guests do not provide their own feeding and water bowl, guests will be provided with a disposable bowl during their stay. We do this to avoid any potential illness.

All guests must have current vaccinations and fecal status to ensure we provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests and team members. Any variances from these requirements must go through your veterinarian or a manager. Our requirements are based on contagion and zoonotic potentials.
